百将屋のこだわり

当店のこだわりは、

１）全国のこだわり農家さんより直接頂戴する有機栽培米。JAS認定員の評価を受けた信頼できるお米を玄米で仕入れ致します。

We buy and stock JAS organic certificated brown rice from all over Japan.

 

２）玄米をお客様のお好みに応じて店頭で精米いたします。玄米～白米までお客様のお好みは様々、生鮮食品とも言われるお米を挽き立てで召し上がって頂きます。

Because rice is said to be a 'fresh food', we mill each bag of rice at our shop after we hear customer's preferences (i.e. 10~100% milled).

 

３）精米で発生した『糠（ぬか）』もお持ち帰り頂く様ご案内しております。お米の約7割の栄養素は胚芽を含む糠層にあります。ふりかけなどに調理頂く事をお勧めしております。

Rice bran is also edible. We recommend customers have roasted rice bran, because 70% of the nutrients of rice are contained in the bran.
